Which Multivitamins Should You Be Taking?
Here's My Top Five for 2022

Vitamins and supplements are integral to the diets of thousands of people. They work to keep you happy and healthy. But with such an enormous amount to choose from, where do you find the best ones?
In my experience, finding the perfect remedy to kickstart your day can prove tricky.
As a professional nutritionist, I’ve tested hundreds of brands. And they usually all claim to have the perfect balance of vitamins and minerals to boost the body.
Whilst a few really do what they say - others contain harmful synthetics and other imbalances that can negatively impact your body.
With all this choice I thought it would be a great idea to share with you my top 5 vitamin brands.
And these are ones you need in your diets this year!
So without further ado, lets get started:
In at number one by a country mile is Feel. This product 100% blew me away! Their customer experience and drive to be sustainable completely won me over. Especially with a price tag of just £14.45 a month.
The 13 vitamins and 10 minerals included in each pill gave me a huge energy boost and mood lift, whilst also allowing me better sleep and really noticeable improvements to my hair and skin.
Each nutrient has been included with careful consideration to the body's needs - such as vitamin A and folate. Plus, the additional antioxidants make this more than just your average multivitamin - it helps fight inflammation and free radicals caused by modern-day life.
Backed by over 500 clinical papers, I really couldn't rate Feel highly enough for anyone to include in their diet, especially with their monthly delivery that's easy to cancel anytime.

When we created this list, LYMA was another brand to instantly stand out to my team and I. It's beautiful design and well-balanced ingredients rivalled the top spot, but with a price tag of £149 per month it just couldn't beet Feel.
I found the ingredients to be really well balanced, and I definitely noticed better energy levels and sleep patterns. However, they weren't quite as noticeable as Feel or as fast-acting.
As pretty as they are, you just do not need a gold supplement.

Certain aspects of these multivitamins could rival for top spot, but the heavier price tag of £33 a month and lower results mean that NutriGenesis comes in at number 3.
I really liked the fact they tailor their supplements for both men and women by altering the levels of mineral contents, and the sleek design of the packaging was also great. However, I didn't see the same results as Feel.

In at number 4 are the A-Z Multivitamins by MYVEGAN. These supplements are great if you want a very cheap alternative. However with the really low price comes a lack of noticeable benefits, especially with the very basic list of ingredients.
As you'll have noticed, the company has a real focus on vegan-based health foods, and these vitamins are designed to give your body vitamins that you may lack through a plant-based diet.
The fifth and final supplement on our list, Revive Active is still a great all-rounder. It boasts 26 active ingredients to boost your energy levels and immune system and is specially formulated for adults.
However, I didn't see many fast results compared to that of a Feel and for some, taking a supplement via a sachet can be a selling point, but I find that for myself and a large majority of my clients, it can be a bit of a faff.
